Sheet-Piling Water Sealant "pilelock"

PILELOCK is the most advanced, self-expanding sheet-piling waterproofing material,

developed and produced by the Japan's leading chemical paint manufacturer. 

PILELOCK, self-expanding sheet-piling waterproofing material, has proven its

remarkable waterproofing performance at the piling jobs that require tight waterproofing.

PILELOCK, coated on the surface of sheet pile interlock portion, will start to self-expand

when touched the water and swell to max 20 times in 24 hours to fill up the interlock

completely.  The PILELOCK treated sheet pile can be driven freely without any

excessive resistance, because the coated surface is kept smooth and dry until it touches

the water after driven.  Extraction of such PILELOCK treated sheet pile can be also

done as usual.  After extracted, PILELOCK can be easily removed by a water jetting

unit or a scraper.  PILELOCK is environmentally-friendly.  Three types of PILELOCK

are available; PILOCK Standard, PILELOCK Fast-Drying, and PILELOCK NS(non-
