Chv Low-Headroom Vibratory Piling System

"CHV" LOw-Headroom Vibratory Piling System is an epoch-making, high-tech vibratory piling system designed for geographically restricted job sites such as low-headroom areas under bridge or high voltage cables, difficult-to-access narrow job site, railways, rivers, etc. 

CHV's vibratory unit has unique "drum" shaped pile chucking device in which pile is installed.  It chucks pile firmly and slides down driving the pile, and then releases the pile and goes back upward to chuck pile again to drive it to the desired depth. For extracting, motions are just contrary. Conventional vibro hammers must hold the top of the pile and require tall and heavy cranes, and consequently are unable or difficult to operate in

geographically restricted places. CHV Low-Headroom Vibratory Piling System holds the pile with its exclusively designed, center-holed chuck drum and can reduce the operating height considerably.  CHV Low-Headroom Vibratory Piling System is very compact and installed on

excavator so that it could move freely in geographically restricted job sites where conventional

vibro hammers cannot work.

CHV Low-Headroom Vibratory Piling System has three models and can handle 400-600mm

U-profile sheet piles, 250-400mm H-beams and some types of Z-piles.

CHV-200: 400mm U-sheet piles, 250-350mm H-beams

CHV-300: 400-500mm U-sheet piles, 250-400mm H-beams

CHV-400: 400-600mm U-sheet piles, 250-400mm H-beams, AZ12-14, AZ17-19

For CHV-200, we can supply either NEW or USED, and for CHV-300 & CHV-400, we supply

only NEW machines.  Distributorship for some countries are still available.
